How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are walk-on dry within 2–4 hours and fully dry overnight. We adjust water flow and extraction passes to minimise dry time, especially in offices that need to reopen the next morning.
Can you remove old stains?
Most stains lift with the right pre-treatment, but some (red wine, ink, dye-transfer) are permanent if they've set into the fibre. We'll tell you up-front what's likely to come out and what won't.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes — our standard pre-spray and sanitiser systems are plant-based and biodegradable, and we run lower water-volume passes to reduce consumption.
